Question by PeterPaulNotMary: What causes a culture of men to seek women & sex all the time, committing adultery & being desperate?

Some men say, "sex isn't everything," but for some men who are always bothering the next pretty women to sleep with them, and always are seeking out new women, even when they are receiving regular sex, to the point of cheating all the time on the women they indeed love, what causes this? I am referring to culture too, not just addiction...why do they become so dependent on women?
